Clean up before you finish work


Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for greeting customers, seating them, and providing professional and friendly service experiences.
• Accurately receive and record customer orders, clearly communicate them to the kitchen or bar, and ensure food and drink delivery meets customer needs.
• During the meal, inspect the table, refill drinks, change cutlery, and respond to customer needs to improve service flow and satisfaction.
• After the meal, quickly clean the table, put the chairs and stools back in place, classify and recycle garbage and reusable containers, and maintain the floor clean and orderly.
• Daily full cleaning before business hours, including wiping tables and chairs, mopping the floor, organizing the service counter, and replenishing daily supplies.

Work requirements

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly understand customer needs; understanding Mandarin or simple English is an added bonus.
• Health and wellness, able to adapt to long periods of standing, walking and light lifting (such as trays, cutlery, beverage boxes, etc.).
• No prior experience is required, but you must be willing to learn standard service procedures, restaurant etiquette, and basic food safety knowledge.
