Marketing & Operation Assistant (Fashion Retail / E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop and execute different kinds of marketing strategies and activities to promote the brands

· Provide marketing support in Marketing and Operation Departments

· Prepare marketingwrite up andmanage thenewsfeed toonlineplatforms

· Work closely with celebrities, KOL and bloggers for brand building

· Coordinatetheproduction of marketing communications and Media related materials and collaterals

· Manage the CRM database, execute VIP program development and CRM promotion activities

· Arrange, co-ordinate and assist in all aspects of work

· Evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing campaign

· Assist the Director to formulate and execute the marketing plan

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Who we are looking for:

· Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines

· With minimum 1 years of solid marketing / digital marketing / event management / Media experiences

· Possess media network will be highly preferable

· Proactive, able to handle multi-taskand independent with strong marketing sense

· Detail-minded, well-organizedand able to work under tight schedule and deadlines

· Drive online business sales activity

· strong sense of responsibility and a good team player

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)

· Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

· Salary is negotiable which depends on related experience

· Immediate availability is preferable

· Proficientinspoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)is advantage
