Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional financial planning and consultation services to customers, covering asset allocation, retirement planning, education savings, risk management, etc. Comprehensive financial goal analysis and advice.
Based on the customer's personal financial situation, risk preference and life cycle stage, tailor a financially effective and executable protection plan, and continuously track and adjust.
Self-planning and operation of Internet personal brand IP, through short videos, live broadcasts, picture and text posts, etc. , establish a professional and trustworthy image on social platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc. ) To enhance influence and customer trust.
In-depth study of mainstream financial products in the market (including insurance, funds, structured products, and stable yield products), objective analysis of their risk and return characteristics, target customer groups and compliance requirements, and propose competitive integrated solutions based on the company's product line.
Coordinate and handle customers’ full journey services, including sales and contracting, property and casualty insurance changes, claim assistance, policy review, and annual financial health review, to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Work requirements
1. Have insurance sales work experience (mainland / Hong Kong) is preferred;
2. Have good communication, expression and learning abilities, and be willing to accept regular training and self-improvement;
3. Passionate about personal brand building, interested in social media operations, Xiaohongshu IP operations, etc.;
4. Positive and proactive work attitude, able to independently carry out business;
