Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cleaning and organizing hotel rooms and public areas, including changing bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and floor cloths.
  • Supplement bath products (such as shampoo, body wash, soap, etc.) and guest room supplies (such as tissues, sewing kit, stationery, etc.).
  • Follow standard operating procedures for room vacuuming, dusting, mirror cleaning, bathroom disinfection, and garbage disposal to ensure sanitation meets the required hotel quality management standards.
  • Daily execute room cleaning, checkout cleaning and preparation room according to the room status table, and coordinate with front-line departments to ensure that available rooms are supplied on time.
  • Regularly inspect the facilities of the floor you are responsible for, including lighting, furniture, door locks, air conditioning outlets, etc.; if you find any damage, malfunction or abnormality, report it immediately to your supervisor or the engineering department and record it in the inspection form.

Work requirements

  • Holding a quota of foreign workers approved by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's "Supplementary Labor Program", and having obtained a valid work visa from the Immigration Department.
  • Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, with good physical fitness, able to withstand long periods of standing, bending, squatting, moving cleaning equipment and materials, etc. physical labor; no infectious diseases or chronic medical history that affects daily work.
  • Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand simple oral instructions and written cleaning instructions; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
  • Applicants with hotel, office building, property management or related cleaning service experience are preferred; those with no experience are also welcome to apply, and will receive systematic on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Responsibility and service awareness, attention to detail, stability, and organization; able to accommodate shift arrangements (including early, mid, and late shifts, and holiday coverage), and accept temporary work assignments and overtime demands.
