<div>Human resources department</div><br><ul><li>Responsible for employee salary and benefit calculations, including wages, bonuses, and related allowances for verification and distribution.</li><li>Handle MPF-related matters to ensure compliance and timely submission of relevant documents.</li><li>Schedule and manage employee shift schedules, coordinate shift changes, and ensure smooth manpower allocation at each position.</li><li>Handle labor insurance and related insurance applications, and protect employees’ rights.</li><li>Assist other human resources administrative affairs and support departmental daily operations.</li></ul><br><div>Work requirements</div><br><ul><li>Have basic human resources or administrative work experience, those with relevant industry background will be given priority. </li><li>Familiar with salary calculation, MPF and labor insurance procedures. </li><li>Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate with various departments.</li><li>Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word, with data sorting and word processing abilities.</li><li>Work carefully, responsibly, and be able to handle stress and complete tasks on time.</li></ul><div>Job Responsibilities<br>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for calculating and verifying employee salaries and benefits, including monthly salaries, bonuses, and various allowances. Ensure accurate payment of all employee compensation and benefits.</li>
<li>Handle the relevant administrative affairs of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF), ensure that the contribution is compliant and submit all statutory documents on time.</li>
<li>Design and manage employee shift schedules, coordinate shift changes, and ensure that each position is adequately staffed and operations run smoothly.</li>
<li>Handle the application and change of labor insurance and other related insurance, and maintain employees’ legal rights.</li>
<li>Assist in executing the daily administrative work of the human resources department, support the recruitment, onboarding, resignation, etc. Process the paperwork and file the documents. </li>

<div>Work requirements<br>
<ul>
<li>Have basic human resources or administrative work experience, those with service industry, retail industry or similar background are preferred.</li>

<li>Have good communication skills and team collaboration ability, and be able to effectively coordinate work items with various departments.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (such as formula application, data sorting) and Word document processing.</li>
<li>Work carefully and meticulously, with strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete multiple tasks on time under pressure, with emphasis on data accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
