Overseas business HRBP

Duties:

1. Based on the business development goals of our overseas companies in Poland and Mexico, combined with the characteristics of the labor market in different regions, complete the diagnosis of the organizational structure of each region, predict the supply and demand of talents, and output the appropriate three - middle and long - term human resources planning scheme to provide talent support for cross - regional business landing.


4, Complete various training plans, build a career development channel for employees in three places, and complete the reserve and training of overseas core talents and reserve officers.

Coordinate the implementation of overseas personal performance, ensure that personal performance effectively inherits organizational performance, drive personal performance to be effectively achieved, and stimulate employee vitality to effectively ensure organizational performance achievement.
6, Build a headquarters unified framework + regional differentiation Adaptation of the salary and benefits system, coordinate the calculation, fixed salary adjustment, and local statutory benefits of employees in the three places;
7, Coordinate with the parent company's HR to complete the outsourcing employee's staffing, salary package, allowance, social security, etc. Connection scheme confirmation, maximize the control of cross-regional labor costs in compliance with the regulations, and at the same time ensure the fairness and incentives of the salary and benefits of employees from different jurisdictions.
8, Regularly output overseas three places human resources cost analysis, provide specific solutions to improve overseas three places per capita efficiency, and implement them.

10, Build a shared human resources information ledger across three overseas locations, regularly output multi-area human resources operation data analysis reports, and provide data support for cross-border human resources decisions by management;


Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree or above
2,5 years of above manufacturing human resources full range of management experience, of which at least 2 years of cross-border multi-region overseas human resources BP experience, those with Mexico, Poland Any one of the employment service experience is preferred.
3, Familiar with the six human resources modules, familiar with the whole process of operation, and have the independent ability to set up cross-regional recruitment, performance evaluation, salary payment, training, and employee relations;
4, familiar with the core employment rules and labor laws and regulations of Mexico and Poland, and able to independently avoid cross-border employment compliance risks in the three places;
5, Have English business work reading and writing abilities, fluent communication
6, Have high interpersonal sensitivity. Can handle frequent cross-cultural communication scenarios;
