Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Participate in pre-sales technical support, including requirement analysis, technical feasibility evaluation, solution design suggestions, POC validation and technical clarification, and assist the sales team in pushing for project signature;
Assume technical support responsibilities for products and systems after deployment, including environment configuration, component deployment, performance tuning, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance, to ensure the system runs stably and efficiently;
Provide product usage training, operation guidance and technical empowerment to customers, write clear and easy-to-understand technical documentation, operation manuals and frequently asked questions (FAQ) explanations;
Continuously follow up on customer feedback and service requests, lead the problem closed-loop processing, enhance customer satisfaction and willingness to continue using;
Support BG-end key project delivery, co-sponsor internal and external teams to promote cross-system integration and localization adaptation, and ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Macao regulations and business scenario requirements.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronic Information and other related fields;
Have more than 3 years of system implementation, technical support or maintenance experience, those who have AI platform, intelligent software or government information project implementation experience are preferred;
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, with actual system integration and on-site delivery capabilities;
Familiar with the installation, configuration and maintenance of commonly used middleware and databases in the Linux environment, including MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Nginx, etc., and with clustering deployment practice experience;
Have Docker containerization application deployment capabilities, familiar with Kubernetes (K8s) for microservice orchestration and cluster management;
Have good technical documentation writing skills and customer-facing training and explanation abilities, and be able to transform complex technical logic into easily understandable content;
Cantonese and English can be used as working languages, with excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, independent analysis and problem-solving abilities, and execution and sense of responsibility under high pressure;
Have basic project management awareness, those who have full life cycle participation experience in software informationization projects are especially good; those with potential can also be included in the talent development channel, gradually assuming solution-level project delivery management responsibilities.
