Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of rooms, including changing bed sheets, towels, replenishing bathroom supplies and mini-bar items, ensuring the room is clean and orderly, and meeting the hotel's service standards.

• Assist with guest check-in and room inspection before check-out, verify the integrity of facilities and completeness of items, and promptly report maintenance needs.

• Follow the standard for room disinfection and sanitation management, with special attention to public contact surfaces (such as door handles, remote controls, light switches, etc.), and implement health and safety operation guidelines.

• Respond to guests’ immediate needs and provide polite, prompt and empathetic support services, including delivery, consultation and simple problem solving, to enhance the overall accommodation experience.

Work requirements

• No academic qualifications are required, and people from different backgrounds are welcome to apply; those with basic reading and writing abilities, who can understand Chinese (traditional) instructions and simple English vocabulary, are preferred.

• No need for relevant work experience, the company provides comprehensive on-the-job training, including cleaning processes, service etiquette, safety rules, and customer communication skills.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with basic English listening and speaking abilities, to meet the daily communication and sign recognition needs.

• Responsibility and team spirit, willing to accept shift work and flexible work arrangements, and able to maintain stable attendance from Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00).

• Monthly salary range is from HKD 20,000 to 30,000, evaluated based on personal performance, skill proficiency, and scope of responsibilities. The salary is market competitive and has clear promotion opportunities.
