[Insurance Brokerage] Insurance Policy Advisor / Senior Policy Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with insurance purchases, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and usage instructions.

• Prepare and verify customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Guide customers through the insurance application and signing process, providing step-by-step support.

• Review policies and applications to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Work closely with insurers and internal teams to address technical or procedural issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or above in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in an insurance company, brokerage, or related financial services environment.

• IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 are required; possession of Paper 5 is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin ; basic proficiency in English.

Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Policy Advisor role.
