Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Participate in a structured rotational program across key departments including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources to gain comprehensive business exposure.
Support team leaders in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and data analysis to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Conduct market research, prepare business reports, and present findings to department heads to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement company-wide programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Develop leadership competencies through mentoring, workshops, and real-world assignments designed to build managerial acumen and operational fluency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA candidates are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates with strong academic records and leadership potential are highly encouraged.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and foundational data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
