Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media (FB/IG/Threads/Xiaohongshu) and create engaging content.
Manage social media (FB/IG/Threads/Xiaohongshu), write attractive post and menu content
Coordinate with designers on posters, menus & promo materials.
Collaborate with designers to create promotional posters, menus, and other materials
Plan & execute seasonal campaigns, store openings, and cross-brand collaborations.
Plan holiday promotions, opening activities, and cross-brand collaborations (credit cards, food delivery platforms, etc.)
Work with KOLs, bloggers & media for exposure.
Contact KOLs and media for tasting and follow-up exposure
Maintain online platforms (OpenRice, Google My Biz, FB) and respond to reviews.
Update online platforms (OpenRice, Google, FB) and reply to comments
Track ad performance (FB/Google Ads) and CRM data.
Analyze advertising effectiveness (FB/Google Ads) and member data
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Regularly monitor competitors and market trends
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or retail
Strong multitasking & communication skills
Multi-tasking ability and good communication skills, able to closely collaborate with front-line teams
Creative, detail-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Active and positive, creative, and detail-oriented
Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus
Familiar with social media operations, with basic shooting or editing skills is even better
