Job Description

Design and customer service assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and publish social media, maintain the company's online image and interaction.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing professional and efficient solutions, improving customer satisfaction and maintaining company image.
Engage in general administrative and clerical work, including file sorting, meeting minutes and report writing, to ensure accurate and error-free information.
Assist with handling daily office affairs, such as mail delivery, telephone reception, and other temporary assignments.

Requirements:

Fluent in Cantonese, good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate across languages, meeting the internationalization work needs.
Proficient in Adobe series software (including Photoshop and Illustrator), with basic computer skills.
Willing to learn new software, continuously improve their technical level to adapt to different work needs, and maintain professional growth.
Need to manage work outside, able to move flexibly in all districts of Hong Kong, and have good time management and adaptability skills.
Work carefully and cautiously, have good team spirit and independent work ability, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
