Barista / Water Bar Floor (Full-time/Part-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations on the floor, including introducing menu items to customers and recommending dining options
• Accurately take customer orders, serve food, and provide quality customer service
• Operate the cash register system for checkout processing and cash management, ensuring accurate and error-free transactions
• In the water bar area, mix coffee, milk tea and other beverages, and be familiar with the use of instant coffee machines and Hong Kong-style milk tea machines, with basic beverage-making skills
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, floors, and work areas

Work requirements

• Second 5 or above, with basic reading and writing skills
• Responsibility, ability to complete assigned tasks independently and maintain stable work performance
• Have good customer service awareness and communication skills, and be able to meet the needs of different types of customers
• Active and positive work attitude, willing to learn new skills and cooperate with team members
• Understand basic computer operations, those with POS system order experience are preferred; need to be fluent in Cantonese, with general Mandarin and basic English communication skills
