Director/Secretary (Training Department)

Responsibilities:

• Organize training documents

• Field work: To train employees of the Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories stores, taste dishes, and inspect

• Coordinate training matters (prepare, update training content, etc.)

• Communicate and coordinate with branches and explain training matters

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above; those with training/education/dining industry experience will be given priority

• Familiarity with Chinese and English input methods and general computer operations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Need to accept frequent travel for work

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and a little bit of English

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills

• More experienced job seekers will consider taking on a position as a principal
