Full-time Store Assistant and Warehouse Staff

Job Responsibilities:
1. Notify customers that their goods have arrived and are available for pickup;
2. Assist customers in picking up their items, follow up on signature and delivery records;
3. Manage inventory, execute warehouse operations;
4. Process customer inquiries and issues;
5. Process various matters within the store.
Entry Requirements:
1. No experience or academic qualifications required (entry-level training provided);
2. Punctuality, responsibility, and good communication skills;
3. Have a basic understanding of computers and Chinese and English typing;
4. Able to work independently, polite to others;
5. Have good team spirit.
