<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain the Hong Kong Medical Professional Beauty Association (members are mostly beauty salon owners/managers)</li><li>Plan and promote group and member activities to enhance member participation and loyalty</li><li>Regularly share beauty industry information and the latest news about our company's products, accurately push content, and establish a professional image</li><li>Establish long-term cooperative relations with beauty salon owners/responsible persons, promote wholesale and cooperative business</li><li>Assist in organizing online/offline activities (sharing sessions, lectures, product experiences)</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and promotion team to write promotional content and design simple materials, and analyze the results</li><li>Collect group member needs and opinions, and propose improvement suggestions</li></ul><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Have 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM, customer management, community operations or business development</li><li><strong>Applicants with beauty industry or B2B experience are preferred</strong></li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to build trust and long-term cooperation with beauty salon owners</li><li>Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. social platforms operations</li><li>Good Chinese and English, understanding Cantonese is even better</li><li>Outgoing, detail-oriented, and responsible personality, with a data-driven mindset</li></ul><p></p>
