Product Manager

<p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Product planning and strategy making</strong>: Based on market trends, user needs and business objectives, develop a long-term product planning and development direction, including product roadmap and strategy.</li><li><strong>Requirements collection and analysis</strong>: Through market research, user interviews and data analysis, collect and analyze user, business and market needs from various sources, and transform them into specific and feasible product feature requirements.</li><li><strong>Product design and document writing</strong>: Translate requirements into detailed product requirement documents (PRD), and create product prototypes and flowcharts for design and development teams to refer to.</li><li><strong>Project coordination and progress management</strong>: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, technology, testing, and operations to coordinate resources, follow up on development progress, and ensure that products can be launched on time and smoothly. </li><li><strong>Product launch and iteration</strong>: Responsible for product release and online work, and after product launch, monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and feedback, and continuously optimize and iterate. </li><li><strong>Product operation and promotion</strong>: Assist the marketing team in formulating promotion strategies, and be responsible for internal product training, user manual writing, etc., to ensure product market performance and user satisfaction. </li></ul><p><strong>Key skills</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with AI content creation or fan economy model is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Good analytical skills, communication and coordination skills, and logical thinking skills.</li><li>Proficient in using prototyping and project management tools such as Axure, Xmind, PPT, Visio, etc.</li><li>Have good team spirit and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
