You will become the bridge connecting international financial products and diversified customer needs. Relying on Hong Kong's mature market and rich wealth management tools, we will provide professional asset allocation and risk management solutions for customers.

Core responsibilities

1. Professional wealth planning and analysis: Conduct financial needs analysis for customers and provide professional advice and customized solutions covering life insurance, health insurance, savings plans, and long-term wealth transfer.

2. Customer relationship building and management

3. Professional skills and network development

4. Compliance professional services: Ensure that all consulting, sales and service processes strictly comply with the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) and the company's compliance and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

1. Legal requirements: Must hold a valid visa for employment in Hong Kong (such as but not limited to: Hong Kong resident identity, dependant visa, work visa, graduate visa, etc.).

2. Education and ability:

   • University degree or above.

   • Have excellent Chinese communication and expression skills (including Mandarin and written Chinese).

   • Have excellent learning ability, interpersonal communication skills and customer service awareness.

3. Professional qualifications: No relevant industry experience is required. The company will provide comprehensive onboarding training and sponsor eligible employees to obtain a Hong Kong insurance broker license (which requires passing the IIQE exam).
