Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the company's human resources and financial departments, coordinate the workflow between the two departments, and ensure administrative efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure financial data is accurate and complies with Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Supervise company budget planning and cost control, assist management in financial analysis and decision support.
  • Maintain communication with external accounting firms, tax consultants and government departments, and properly handle auditing, tax reporting and other supervisory matters.
Work requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, business administration or related fields.
  • Have more than three years of financial work experience, familiar with Hong Kong's Company Ordinance, tax regulations and accounting standards, those with practical operation experience are preferred.
  • At the same time, with personnel administration or salary management experience, I can independently handle employee onboarding and resignation, attendance, contract and welfare arrangements, etc.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good writing and communication skills in English, and able to conduct business exchanges in three languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office and common financial software (such as QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle), with good data analysis and organizational skills.
