Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the company's human resources and financial departments, coordinate the workflow between the two departments, and ensure administrative efficiency and compliance.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure financial data is accurate and complies with Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations.
Supervise company budget planning and cost control, assist management in financial analysis and decision support.
Maintain communication with external accounting firms, tax consultants and government departments, and properly handle auditing, tax reporting and other supervisory matters.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, business administration or related fields.
Have more than three years of financial work experience, familiar with Hong Kong's Company Ordinance, tax regulations and accounting standards, those with practical operation experience are preferred.
At the same time, with personnel administration or salary management experience, I can independently handle employee onboarding and resignation, attendance, contract and welfare arrangements, etc.
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good writing and communication skills in English, and able to conduct business exchanges in three languages.
Proficient in MS Office and common financial software (such as QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle), with good data analysis and organizational skills.
