Job Description

Responsibilities:

0-3 Years Merchandising Experience in Electronic Trading or MFG industry
Handle Customer Enquiry, Order Follow-up with Factories from Sampling, Production to Shipment, Shipment Follow-up
Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Confirmation; Daily Email Communications with Customers and Factories, Proactively Liaise with Factories and Customers
Co-ordinate with Shipping Companies/Forwarders/Customers & Vendors for Shipment
Required to Travel China Frequency
Delivery Arrangement and Order Follow-up
Able to Handle Order from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment

Requirerments:

Form 5 or above
0-3 Years Relevant Working Experience
Proficient Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Proficient in Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good Team Player and Able to Work Independently
Independent, Initiative, Well-Organized and Detail-Minded
Pleasant and Independent with Good Working Attitude and Strong Sense of Responsibility
Immediate Available is Perferred
