Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing content strategies for customers on the Xiaohongshu platform, including topic planning, KOC/KOL collaboration negotiations, note creation direction suggestions, and data effect tracking.
Deeply analyze user behavior, hot topics, and competitive product dynamics on both the Xiaohongshu and IG platforms, regularly output platform operation insight reports, and optimize content placement rhythm and reach accuracy.
Collaborate with internal design, copywriting and marketing teams, integrate cross-platform content resources, ensure brand tone consistency, visual style unity, and meet the cultural preferences of users in both regions (such as Hong Kong/Macau/ Southeast Asia).
Manage a list of cooperative online celebrities and content creators, evaluate the effectiveness of cooperation (such as exposure, interaction rate, traffic conversion, etc. key indicators), and continuously optimize the cooperation model and budget allocation efficiency.

Work requirements

Have at least 2 years of social media marketing or digital advertising experience, familiar with the Xiaohongshu ecosystem (such as search logic, note distribution mechanism, and potato chip placement) and Instagram algorithm and ad backend operation (Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager).
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, able to independently write platform copy, presentations and cooperation proposals.
Have basic data analysis skills, familiar with Excel or Google Sheets for attribution; those with experience in using third-party tools (such as QianGua, NewRank, Iconosquare or Sprout Social) are especially recommended.
Highly sensitive to consumption fields such as trend culture, cosmetics, fashion, and lifestyle, able to quickly grasp brand temperament and transform it into infectious social content.
Have the ability to self-drive projects, be able to reasonably plan priorities in a multi-task parallel environment, and deliver high-quality results on time.
