Reserve sales team manager

Job Responsibilities

• Continuously maintain cooperative merchant relationships, conduct regular follow-up and service support, promote secondary cooperation and in-depth resource integration, and improve point-of-use efficiency and user coverage.
• Collaborate with company operations, technical and customer service departments, promptly feedback market dynamics and customer needs, and assist in optimizing product features and service processes, thereby improving overall user satisfaction and operating efficiency.

Work requirements

• Have excellent sales performance records and customer development abilities, and ambitious to develop long-term in the sharing economy or consumer technology field.
• Have good communication and coordination skills and service awareness, and be able to effectively establish and maintain long-term stable customer relationships.
• Have basic problem-solving and on-site response capabilities, and be able to handle common issues in equipment installation, commissioning, and daily maintenance.
• Willing to accept a certain degree of external visits and regional mobile office, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented work attitude.
