Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and log overseas annual operating plan, promote goal achievement
2. Build/Optimize the retail store operation system and SOP, and use data to improve efficiency and profitability
3. Coordinate overseas operations team management and training, building a high-performance team
4. Responsible for new store location, opening preparation and operation support; improve existing storefront performance and profit
6. Meeting report object: Overseas BG President
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; retail / commercial management related preferred
2. More than 10 years of retail experience in Hong Kong or overseas, with at least 5 years of multi-store management (regional/operational director, etc.)
3. Have new store expansion and multi-store operation success cases
4. Hold Hong Kong permanent residency or valid work visa
5. Fluent in Chinese and English (English is the working language), Cantonese is preferred; strong execution, results-oriented, and strong risk awareness
