About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you'll design and deliver scalable systems that balance technical innovation with commercial impact. You will translate complex business needs into resilient, forward-thinking architectures across fast-evolving domains—from financial services to Web3 and high-tech platforms.

• Design scalable, secure, and commercially viable technical solutions.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in fintech, blockchain, cloud, and distributed systems.

• Create clear, concise documentation to support development and decision-making.

• Advise on technology selection, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI.

• Experienced in designing and implementing solutions in financial services, Web3, or high-tech environments.

• Deeply pragmatic—you value simplicity, scalability, and smart trade-offs.

• A strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to commercial stakeholders.

• Proficient in modern architecture patterns, cloud ecosystems, and relevant tech stacks.

• Commercially aware, with a focus on how technology drives business value.

• Proactive and adaptable in dynamic, high-growth settings.

Preferred Background

• Hands-on experience in fintech, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or scalable SaaS platforms.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial or Web3 environments.

• Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise frameworks are a plus.
