Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Familiar with menu content and special recommendations, accurately answer customers’ questions about dishes and beverages
During the meal, continue to pay attention to customer needs, timely supplement drinks, change tableware or handle sudden situations
Assist in completing table cleaning and rearrangement, keep the dining environment clean and orderly, and prepare to welcome the next round of guests

Work requirements

Strong Cantonese communication skills, able to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues; those who understand Mandarin or English are given priority
Applicants with restaurant service or customer reception experience are preferred, but those with no experience are also welcome as long as they are positive.
Familiar with the restaurant operation process, including point-of-sale system operations, serving procedures, and basic table manners
Work attitude is serious and responsible, and I can stay calm and efficient in busy periods to complete multiple tasks
Can adapt to working on weekends and public holidays
Allow Chinese citizens with Hong Kong identity cards
