Data Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand and analyze requirements and convert them into data needs

• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions

• Communicate analysis results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable way

• Support temporary data requests, participate in team knowledge sharing

Entry Requirements:

• Holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or related quantitative fields, with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience;

• Proficient in using SQL for data processing and querying

• Familiar with at least one programming language (such as Python or R) for data analysis

• Understand data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau)

• Have good analysis and problem-solving skills

• Good English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) communication skills

• Able to bridge the technical and business perspectives – Understand both technical implementation and be able to discuss product requirements smoothly with business teams

Prioritization:

• Have project experience in technology/start-up enterprises

• Have a basic understanding of statistical concepts and experiments

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is preferred
