Position: Business Vice President
Reporting to: Director

Duties include:
1. Assist in the formulation and implementation of the company's medium and long-term development strategy, with a focus on expanding the pharmaceutical and health food cross-border supply chain and e-commerce business.
2. Responsible for overall operations management, including procurement, warehousing, logistics and cross-border sales platform process optimization and performance improvement.
3. Expand into international and Chinese domestic markets, establish and maintain strategic cooperative relationships with suppliers, pipeline partners and leading enterprises.
4. Lead the team to achieve business goals, drive product operations, user growth, and brand internationalization.
5. Responsible for team building, talent development and organizational capability improvement, and creating a high-performance and innovative team culture.
6. Ensure that the company's business complies with Hong Kong and relevant national laws and industry standards, and manage operational risks.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for pharmaceuticals, supply chain, business management or related fields.
2. Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of high-level management experience, those with cross-border e-commerce, pharmaceutical and health products, supply chain or Internet platform operation background are preferred.
4. Have excellent team management and organizational building skills, and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve their goals.
5. Familiar with Hong Kong and cross-border trade-related regulations, with risk control awareness and compliance business experience.
6. Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication, negotiation and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
7. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to adapt to rapidly changing startup environments.
