Railway transportation support position

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Responsible for daily vehicle inspections, with a focus on checking the status of the vehicle's core components;</p><p>2. Develop and implement a vehicle regular maintenance plan, liaise with technical teams or repair vendors, control maintenance costs and efficiency;</p><p>3. Establish a vehicle electronic archive, record maintenance and repair and asset information, and ensure asset traceability;</p><p>4. Vehicle parts / consumables procurement, maintenance costs and charging fees reimbursement, controlling vehicle maintenance costs and efficiency;</p><p>5. Review maintenance costs, evaluate the cost-effectiveness of consumable purchases, and control railway expenses within the budget;</p><p>6. Interface with related departments, feedback vehicle problems, handle vehicle compliance procedures, collect first-line feedback to optimize processes.</p><p>7. Perform daily vehicle data disk collection to ensure test data is uploaded in a timely manner.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. College degree or above</p><p>2. Have vehicle maintenance management or procurement experience, those who are familiar with it will be given priority</p><p>3. Have general knowledge of business computer software applications and good document writing skills</p><p>4. Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English</p><p>5. Good communication and coordination skills</p><p>6. Must take turns and irregular work hours</p><p>7. Have a Hong Kong and Chinese mainland driving license, with at least 3 years of driving experience</p>
