English Customer Service Specialist (Cross-border E-commerce)

Job Responsibilities

● Through email, live chat, and other online communication channels, handle customer inquiries from overseas English-speaking markets, including order inquiries, logistics issues, and post-purchase support

● Communicate with customers in a professional, polite, and clear way, in line with their international reading and understanding habits

● Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, products, etc.) to ensure problems are solved in a timely manner

● Accurately record customer cases and feedback, and assist in continuously optimizing service processes

Entry Requirements

● College diploma/advanced certificate or above

● Excellent English writing skills, able to naturally communicate with overseas customers

● Careful and responsible, with good problem-solving skills

● Customer-oriented, emotionally stable, and able to professionally handle customer complaints

● Applicants with cross-border e-commerce or overseas customer service experience are preferred

● Preference will be given to those with English and Mandarin bilingual ability (writing and speaking)
