Senior Officer, Sales Promotion

An International Insurance Company, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management serviceswith her scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with herbusiness expansion, they are looking fordynamic and highly motivatedExecutiveto join their Agency Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute agency events, such as conferences, sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, luncheons and dinners
• Prepare Preparation Deck, corporate premiums, souvenirs, trophies and promotionmaterials
• Provide administrative support for the agency database and event library
• Negotiate and coordinate with external vendors and design houses
• Reviewand monitor the budgets of all those events and functions

Requirements:

• University graduates with at least 3years’ working experienceinEvent Marketing, preferably in insurance industry
• Enjoy event coordination and organization
• Positive attitudewith strong service sense
• Strong sense of responsibility and attentionto details
• A good team player with good interpersonaland communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
