Mainly responsible for making fish balls, slaughtering fish and frying fish skin<br>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for the production of fish balls and other types of balls, including stirring, extrusion, cooking, and quality control</li><li>Handling fresh fish meat, performing tasks such as gutting, deboning, and extracting meat through basic processing</li><li>Make fried fish skin, including cleaning fish skin, marinating, air-drying, and frying</li><li>Keep the factory clean and hygienic, and carry out all operations in accordance with food safety standards</li><li>Assist in preparing raw materials and supplementing production with necessary materials to ensure smooth production process</li></ul><br>Work requirements<br><ul><li>No experience required, those who are willing to learn will be given priority, and the company will provide on-the-job training</li><li>Interested in seafood processing and food processing, with basic knife skills being even better</li><li>Pay attention to personal hygiene and food hygiene, and be able to adapt to a humid and high-temperature work environment</li><li>Diligent and hard-working, can accommodate shift work or peak period overtime needs</li><li>Understand reading simple Chinese work instructions, able to follow the instructions to complete the task</li></ul>
