General security work, collect management fees
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for security management within the community or property, including patrols, monitoring and emergency response, to ensure the safety of residents and facilities.
2. Regularly collect property management fees and other relevant expenses, and keep good records and summaries to ensure clear and transparent cash flows.
3. Assist in handling resident complaints or needs, provide quality service experiences, and enhance resident satisfaction.
4. Maintain public areas clean and tidy, ensure facilities are operating normally, and report any problems to the maintenance department in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with property management companies to post and disseminate various notifications and announcements, ensuring information flows smoothly.
Requirements:
1. Have basic safety and protection knowledge and experience, and be able to handle common emergencies with ease.
2. Familiar with basic financial operations, able to accurately complete billing and record-keeping work, and have a certain degree of numerical sensitivity.
3. Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient in answering residents’ questions and handling complaints properly.
4. Work seriously and responsibly, be careful and cautious, and have team spirit and the ability to handle affairs independently.
