Senior Financial Officer

<p>Job Description</p><p>-Responsible for the company's overall financial statement, tax management, and financial report preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</p><p>-Monitor the company's financial position, operating results and cash flow, and provide management with decision support.</p><p>-Responsible for Hong Kong tax returns (such as profits tax, salary tax, stamp duty, etc.), optimizing tax planning solutions, ensuring compliance and improving tax benefits.</p><p>-Review commercial contracts and transaction terms to ensure compliance with Hong Kong laws and regulations, and reduce financial and tax risks.</p><p>-Lead annual budget preparation, financial analysis and cost control, and assist in developing business development strategies.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Position requirements</p><p>-Bachelor's degree or above from a top domestic or international university, with preference given to those with a Hong Kong registered accountant or equivalent qualification.</p><p>-Have coordination and management skills and financial analysis ability, responsible for the overall accounting management of the enterprise.</p><p>-Proficient in using financial software, familiar with tax laws and regulations.</p><p>-Applicants with relevant industry financial work experience are preferred.</p><p>-Have good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.</p>
