Through strategic partnerships with more than 160 telecommunications operators worldwide, we provide end-to-end CPaaS (voice, SMS, virtual numbers) to intelligent customer service platform integrated solutions to help customers connect global employees and customers, and enhance performance and experience.
II. Positioning
You will play a technical expansionist from 1 to 10. We have already set up a CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) base that connects more than 160 telecommunications operators worldwide, and our core strategy is to upgrade the communication pipeline to an AI decision-making brain.
Three. Job Responsibilities
1. Core system architecture and global resource scheduling (corresponding to: large-scale software project management, software architect)
- Lead the communication gateway scheduling middleware architecture, design a more intelligent dynamic routing algorithm
- Ensure the underlying CPaaS system (voice, SMS, virtual number API) has telco-grade high availability and can handle the complexity of cross-border communications
Supervision and network fluctuations.
2. Development of the next generation of intelligent communication apps (corresponding to: mobile app front-end and back-end development and operation)
Seamless integration of CRM systems.
- Responsible for App's user growth system and data operation, optimizing user retention and activity.
3. Hong Kong R&D team building and corporate management (corresponding to: many years of corporate senior management, general manager, and partnership entrepreneurship management experience)
- From scratch to build a Hong Kong local technical team (backend, algorithms, App, operations), establish efficient remote collaboration (Hong Kong - Mainland)
With agile development process.
- As CTO / Senior Technical Director, participate in major company decisions (such as strategic-level large customer solution design), directly report to the CEO.
Four. Employment Requirements
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering
2.15 years or aboveSoftware/Internet industry experience, including8 years or aboveEnterprise executives (CTO/Technical Vice President/General Manager) work experience andOperation
Technology companiesReal-world combat experience.
3. Have practical experience in mobile app development (native or cross-platform) and distributed backend systems;
5. Have startup company work experience (especially as co-founder or early employee) will be given priority;
6. Still have some programming and troubleshooting skills, able to participate in core code review and handle production accidents;
7. Good Chinese and English communication skills (those with overseas cooperation experience will be given extra points).
