Customer interaction and promotion specialist| Customer Engagement Executive
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of customer interaction and brand promotion-related work, enhance customer participation and brand exposure
Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions, properly handle daily customer communications, and sustain and deepen customer relationships
Support various marketing activities (Marketing Campaign), including online promotion, social media interaction, offline activities and joint promotion projects
Responsible for customer data processing, updating, and basic CRM system operations and coordination to ensure customer data accuracy and timeliness
Participate in outdoor activities according to project needs, such as exhibitions, pop-up stores, community promotion and customer meetups, etc., and represent the company to interact and communicate with customers on site
Assist in monitoring activity effectiveness, compile basic data and feedback, and provide support for future optimization
Work requirements
Customer Engagement, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and market promotion with enthusiasm and basic understanding
Have excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and be able to express and write clearly in all three languages
Strong service-oriented thinking, with good customer service skills and emotional management ability
Active and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle daily tasks independently, and at the same time possessing a spirit of teamwork
Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and basic content interaction logic is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms) is an added bonus
Must meet the legal work qualifications in Hong Kong, accepting Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa, and other valid work permits
