Our client is a premier, ASIC-licensed financial technology firm. As part of their strategic global roadmap, they are establishing a new regional hub in Hong Kong to aggressively capture the APAC market, with a specific focus on the Retail and Introducing Broker (IB) sectors in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Job Description: We are looking for a visionary CEO to lead our expansion into the APAC market. You will hold the P&L responsibility, build a high-performance team, and leverage our ASIC license to capture market share in China and SEA.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the company's overall strategy, business planning, and annual budget.

• Market Expansion: Lead global market expansion, brand building, and client growth to achieve annual business targets.

• Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all licensed entities comply with local financial regulations and operate compliantly.

• Team Building: Build an efficient executive team and create an innovative, responsible, and high-performance corporate culture.

• Board Reporting: Report regularly to the Board of Directors on company performance, major risks, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 10+ years of senior management experience in the FX/CFD online brokerage industry, with a track record as a CEO or equivalent role.

• Deep understanding and practical experience of global financial markets and regulatory environments (e.g., ASIC, FCA, CySEC).

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin; excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.

• Experience in successfully leading companies to obtain licenses or operate across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.

Duties:

1. Develop and implement the company's overall strategy, business planning and annual budget.

2. Lead global and Asia-Pacific market expansion, brand building and customer growth, and achieve annual business objectives.

3. Ensure that licensed companies in all regions comply with local financial regulatory requirements and operate in a compliant manner.

4. Form an efficient senior management team, create an innovative, responsible, and high-performance corporate culture.

5. Regularly report to the board of directors on the company's performance, major risks and strategic opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, business administration or related fields.

2. 10 years or more of high-level management experience in the online foreign exchange/difference contract brokerage industry, with a record of serving as CEO or equivalent position.

3. Deep understanding and practical experience of global financial markets and regulatory environments (such as ASIC, FCA, CySEC, etc.).

4. Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.

5. Applicants with experience in successfully leading companies to obtain licenses or operate in multiple jurisdictions will be given priority.
