• Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador, representingthe brandwith professionalism and enthusiasm. Share the story behind our brand, our commitment to quality, and the unique characteristics of our teas.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere for all customers. Provide personalized service, ensuring each customer leaves with a positive and memorable experience. Conduct in-store tea tastings and demonstrations to engage customers and showcase our products.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including the origin, brewing methods, and flavor profiles of our various teas. Stay informed about new products and promotions.
• Retail Operations: Assist with day-to-day retail operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking shelves, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer trends, product performance, and sales results to the management team.
