IT Business Analyst - Hong Kong position, requires English口语

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Assist in identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and trends related to pension products to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user manuals.
• Support Testing: Assist in the development and execution of test cases to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
• Project Support: Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Internship or coursework related to business analysis, finance, or project management is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Influential Capability: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese, either Cantonese or Mandarin
