Job Overview
Responsible for end-to-end execution, coordination, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns (online, offline, social, promotion, etc.).
Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth launch.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (design, media, production, agency) for campaign materials and execution.
Cross-team Communication & Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, creative, finance, and other departments.
Collect requirements, align feedback, and follow up on approvals.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
Content & Material Support
Support the production of marketing materials: visuals, videos, copies, landing pages, social content, etc.
Proofread content, check brand consistency, and ensure information accuracy.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, clicks, conversion, and ROI.
Compile weekly/monthly project reports and summarize results and insights.
File and archive project documents, contracts, and reports.
Budget & Administration
Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, invoicing, and reimbursement.
Manage vendor relationships, quotations, orders, and quality inspection.
Ad-hoc Tasks
Support offline/online events: exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, live streams, etc.
Complete other marketing projects and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements (for reference)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Basic project coordination and multitasking skills.
Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Basic data awareness and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
