Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a laboratory accreditation signatory, responsible for reviewing and signing technical reports on clean rooms, ultrapure water and compressed air, etc. to ensure they meet the requirements of HOKLAS and relevant international standards.
Lead the operation and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality management system, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of ISO/IEC 17025.
Plan and execute internal audits, management reviews, proficiency testing (PT), and equipment calibration plans to ensure laboratory operations comply with accreditation standards.
Coordinate and communicate with HOKLAS and other regulatory units, prepare and participate in external evaluations and follow-up audits, and handle corrective and preventive measures for non-compliance issues.
Guide technical teams to improve the accuracy and consistency of testing and validation processes, provide professional technical support and quality control.

Work requirements

Holding a bachelor's degree or above in environmental science, chemistry, testing technology, microbiology or related fields.
Have at least two years of practical experience as an accredited signatory in a HOKLAS-accredited laboratory.
Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system standard and HOKLAS accreditation operation requirements.
Have excellent technical file review skills, be able to independently judge data validity and report compliance.
Have good communication and coordination skills and sense of responsibility, and be able to take on high-quality quality control responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the establishment, operation and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality management system, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard in all laboratory processes.
Plan and execute internal audits, management reviews, proficiency testing (PT), and equipment calibration plans, monitor the overall quality of laboratory operations, and ensure compliance with all requirements of the accreditation body.
Coordinate and communicate with HOKLAS and other regulatory bodies, be responsible for preparing and participating in external evaluations and follow-up audits, and properly handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-compliance issues.
Guide technical teams to optimize testing and validation processes, improve the accuracy, repeatability and compliance of test data, and provide professional technical support and quality control.
Regularly review and update the quality document system, including standard operating procedures (SOP), record forms and policy documents, to ensure their effectiveness and applicability.

Work requirements

Holding a bachelor's degree or above in environmental science, chemistry, testing technology, microbiology or related fields.
Have at least two years of practical experience as an accreditation signatory in a HOKLAS or equivalent internationally recognized laboratory, familiar with the signing responsibilities and technical judgment process.
In-depth understanding of the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system standard, and the ability to apply and promote the standard in actual operations.
Familiar with HOKLAS accreditation operation requirements, evaluation process and related regulations, and able to independently respond to external audits and technical inquiries.
Have excellent technical file review skills, able to accurately judge the validity, completeness of experimental data and the compliance of reports.
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to cross-departmental collaboration and guide technical personnel to improve work quality, and have a high sense of responsibility and independent work ability.
Have problem analysis and solving ability, and be able to propose effective corrective and preventive measures for quality abnormalities.
