Full house custom furniture designer

<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for on-site measurement and surveying of customers, accurately record space dimensions and layout planning according to the actual environment, and provide professional design advice.</p></li><li><p>Based on customer needs, usage habits and spatial structure, we will conduct overall design of custom-made furniture for the whole house, including functional configuration, traffic flow planning, color matching and material selection, and complete the design scheme on time.</p></li><li><p>Through online or in-store communication with customers to deeply understand their design needs, clearly explain design concepts and details, and assist customers in understanding and confirming the final design content.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with sales personnel to provide quotation explanations and contract signing, ensure that the design scheme and budget are consistent, and enhance the closing rate and customer satisfaction. </p></li><li><p>Before order production, perform a re-measurement operation, confirm product dimensions and fabrication details with the production department, predict potential installation problems and adjust the design in advance to ensure landing quality.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have a specialized degree in interior design, furniture design or related fields, those with full house customization design experience are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc. design software, able to independently complete flat planning and three-dimensional effect map production.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Have excellent communication skills and service awareness, effectively guide customer needs and coordinate sales, production and installation teams to smoothly carry out their work. </p></li><li><p>Need to go to the customer site for measurement and investigation, the work location is 476 Qing Shui Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, and you must have the ability to travel back and forth in this area.</p></li></ul>
