IT Helpdesk Support (3-month contract)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the unpacking, installation, disassembly and other preparations of computer equipment before the event</li><li>Assist in the configuration, testing and maintenance of other IT-related equipment</li><li>Responsible for the technical support of computer equipment in the venue during the event, handling network hardware failures, and ensuring stable operation of equipment during the event</li><li>Responsible for the operation and maintenance of other peripheral equipment in the event venue, discover problems and provide solutions immediately</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Educational background: College degree or above, computer science, information technology or related majors preferred</li><li>Language skills: Candidates who can communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred</li><li>Experience requirements: One year or more of computer operation and maintenance related work experience, basic understanding and experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers and images; those with IT technical support related experience or certification are preferred</li><li>Technical skills: Familiar with the basic knowledge of Windows operating system, basic hardware installation and configuration skills (including but not limited to network cable wiring, device connection, etc.), basic network knowledge and related troubleshooting skills.</li></ul>
