Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Maintain close communication with existing customers, understand their needs and provide professional support, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Plan and execute brand promotion plans, enhance the organization's visibility and influence in the community through creative content and market activities.
Responsible for the daily operation of social media platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), including content creation, post publishing, interactive response and data analysis.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to push for the smooth execution of online and offline integrated marketing activities.

Work requirements

Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to write smoothly to attract family customers.
Familiar with mainstream social media platforms' operations and promotion mechanisms, those with 1 year or above of relevant operating experience are preferred, and those with no experience are welcome.
Those with basic flat design or video editing skills (such as using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc. tools) are especially good.
Active and responsible, able to independently plan and execute marketing projects, while adapting to team collaboration.
Passionate about parenting education, child development, or community services, and understanding local family market needs.

Benefits

Monthly salary starts from HKD 36,000, renewable.
Working hours are from 10 am to 5 pm, with flexible work hours and double weekends.
