Job Responsibilities

• Assist in filming and using CapCut/Quik, Canva or Photoshop to create simple short films (Reels), introducing clinic environment, treatments or TCM health tips

• Simple reply to customer basic inquiries (such as appointment time, treatment fees) in Inbox and WhatsApp

• Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui; daily working hours 4-8 hours, working days can be negotiated

Job Requirements

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu operations; with Canva, CapCut (Quik) or Photoshop basic graphic design and short video editing skills

• Interested in traditional Chinese medicine, health and wellness, and healthy living; those with relevant background or experience are preferred

• Chinese writing is fluent, the words are intimate and life-like, and the difficult medical terms are avoided; strong sense of responsibility, and able to submit manuscripts on time

• Cantonese, English, Mandarin fluency; must hold Hong Kong permanent residency, or meet the TTPS/QMAS/IANG/Dependent visa/other valid work permit

• Education is not limited; no specific work experience is required
