Trust Operations (Senior Level, D/ED)
Family Trust Business Department - Corporate Services - Hong Kong

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Collaborate with Trust Director and Relationship Managers to formulate the goals, objectives, and business operation plans for the private trust business.

  • Effectively manage trust administration, information system development, and client support functions.

  • Lead the end-to-end development of trust management platforms, covering front-to-back office workflows (e.g., project lifecycle tracking, automated compliance checks, financial reporting, real-time risk monitoring).

  • Automate operational workflows (e.g., documentation, reporting) to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Proactively diagnose operational bottlenecks (e.g., delays in manual reporting, compliance gaps) and implement improvement initiatives quarterly.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to trust administration.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

[Requirements]

  • Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications such as TEP or CPA are a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in trust administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.

  • Good knowledge of trust setup and routine administrative operations, including trust distributions, addition/removal of beneficiaries, trust restructuring processes, reporting, etc.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from other departments.

  • Open-minded and adaptable to changing environments.

  • Proficiency in using trust management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive mindset.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is mandatory.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Family Trust Business Department - Corporate Services - Hong Kong

[Main Responsibilities]

  • Work with the Trust Director and Client Manager to develop the goals, objectives and business operating plans for private trust services

  • Effectively conduct trust management, information system construction and customer support work

  • End-to-end development of a leadership trust management platform, covering front-end, mid-end and back-end work processes (for example, project life cycle tracking, automatic compliance checks, financial reporting, real-time risk monitoring)

  • Automate operational processes (e.g., file archiving, reporting) to improve efficiency and reduce errors

  • Proactively diagnose operational bottlenecks (e.g., manual report delays, compliance gaps), and take improvement measures every quarter

  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory requirements related to trust management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operating efficiency

[Job Requirements]

  • Hold a law, accounting, or business-related science degree, or have relevant professional qualifications (such as TEP or CPA)

  • At least 10 years of solid trust management experience, with at least 3 years of management position preferred

  • Familiar with trust establishment and daily administrative operations, including trust distribution, addition and subtraction of beneficiaries, trust restructuring process, reporting, etc.

  • Have proven leadership and team management skills, including working with colleagues from other departments to complete various tasks

  • Open-minded thinking, able to adapt to a constantly changing environment

  • Intelligent trust management system

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive mindset

  • Have fluent written and oral Chinese and English skills, Mandarin is a necessary condition

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese text processing

  • Prioritization for immediate employment
