Job Description

Security guard (day and night shift)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily security work of Hong Kong and Kowloon Industrial and Commercial Building, including patrols, monitoring and safety inspections.
Manage vehicle entry and exit and parking lot order, ensure the safety and smoothness of the parking lot.
Implement building access control to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering.
Handle visitor registration and basic inquiries, providing polite and professional reception services.
According to the instructions of the superior and the management service center, complete other relevant security tasks.

Requirements:

One or more years of security-related work experience.
Must have a QAS security training certificate, familiar with security professional knowledge and procedures.
Have good communication skills, be able to handle visitors and tenants' inquiries in a polite manner, and have a sense of responsibility and alertness.
Fixed day or night shift (07:30-19:30 / 19:30-07:30).
