Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing professional, friendly and efficient dining services to customers in the hotel lobby or private rooms, including greeting, seating, ordering, serving, changing tableware and settling the bill.
  • Familiar with the menu content, ingredients and recommended dishes of the restaurant, and able to clearly answer customers’ inquiries about dishes, cooking methods and allergens,
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other front-line colleagues to ensure accurate and timely serving, and report special needs (such as dietary restrictions, celebration arrangements) to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Keep the service area clean and orderly, including table and chair arrangement, countertop cleaning, utensil replenishment, and garbage disposal, and strictly follow sanitation and food safety guidelines.
  • In accordance with the needs of the store's operations, participate in opening preparation, closing cleaning, inventory counting, and temporary assigned support tasks to demonstrate team spirit and adaptability.

Work requirements

  • Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, able to withstand long periods of standing, walking and light lifting (such as trays, cutlery boxes, etc.), and free from infectious diseases or mobility impairments that affect service work.
  • Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand daily service language; those who understand Mandarin or English are preferred, as they can help welcome customers of different backgrounds.
  • Have good service awareness and etiquette, be sincere and polite in attitude, sensitive and patient, and able to handle customer opinions and sudden situations properly.
  • No relevant experience is required, but you must be willing to undergo comprehensive pre-employment training, including hotel operations procedures, service standards, fire safety and occupational safety knowledge.
