Job Responsibilities:
-Provide general office administrative work and clerical supports
-Partner with the Admin Officer to drive and work on improvement projects
-Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
-Maintain conference room booking and coordinate meeting arrangement
-Responsible for inventory checking of office supplies including office facilities, stationeries
Job Requirements:
-Higher Diploma or above/ passed five subjects in HKCEE/HKDES (Must include: Chinese, Maths/ English, Maths)
-Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
-Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Strong organization skills and good problem-solving skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
Duties:

Requirements:
Advanced Diploma or above/ Secondary School Diploma Examination/ Passing five subjects of the Entrance Examination
(Must include: Chinese, math/English, math)
Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and good problem-solving abilities
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, determine priorities, and work independently
