Night security guard

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for rotating patrols to ensure the safety of the community's public areas, entrances and facilities

• Strictly enforce visitor registration procedures, verify identity, record entry and exit times, and arrange visitor passage or contact residents for confirmation according to the management office's instructions

• Support the management office's temporary assignment of support tasks, such as parking order maintenance, emergency drill support and document delivery, etc. Administrative assistance work

Work requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local security personnel licensing qualifications, and hold a valid "Security Personnel Licensing Certificate" (if not already held, must complete application before employment)

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English reading and writing abilities (able to understand notices, registration forms, and simple instructions)

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, but you must have a sense of responsibility, alertness, and stable emotional management ability, be able to stand guard independently and adapt to the long-term night shift rhythm

• Healthy body, agile movements, able to handle walking patrols, floor inspections, and short-distance emergency movements when necessary; need to bring appropriate black uniform shoes and neat appearance

• Follow the company and estate security rules, keep confidentiality, have no criminal record, and be willing to undergo background checks and regular on-the-job training

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD$19,000, plus night shift allowance and attendance bonus

• Shifts are clearly scheduled, with each shift lasting 12 hours continuously, and enjoying statutory holidays and paid annual leave, as well as labor protection under the Employment Ordinance
